A proposal is usually a PDF: a price, a scope, a page of assumptions, and a hope that the client reads to the end. When they want to change one thing, the whole document comes back for another round.
Esti-Mate starts with the audit. It runs Google PageSpeed Insights across the client's site, adds your structured review, and turns the findings into work items with prices. The client gets a branded microsite where they can move the decisions that change the price, log what they have decided, and accept the exact scenario in front of them.
Because every estimate is built from your own library of phases and prices, the next proposal starts half done.
