About Glow Forge Labs

Who we are

Glow Forge Labs is not a company in its own right. It is the brand that PHC Digital Ltd uses for the software products it designs, builds, hosts, sells and supports. PHC Digital Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 11284209, at 7 The Close, Norwich NR1 4DJ, and it is PHC Digital Ltd that you contract with, that invoices you and that answers when you need support.

The two names appear together on purpose: Glow Forge Labs on the products, PHC Digital on the paperwork and the policies that stand behind them.

Where this came from

PHC Digital has been a service business since 2001: software and website development for other companies, including SaaS platforms our customers resell or run inside their own businesses.

In 2025 we started pointing the company somewhere new. Our own range of products, sold on subscription, and PHC Digital itself working AI first. It was the natural next step: we have built this kind of software for other people many times over, so we know the process inside out.

Our own products, and other people’s

PHC Digital does two kinds of work, and it is worth being clear which one this site is about.

Under the Glow Forge Labs name we build software we own and license to you: Agent-Glow, Glow-CM, Digi-Mark and Esti-Mate. We host them, we maintain them, we set the roadmap, and you pay a subscription to use them. Everything else on this site describes that side of the business.

The other side is client work. PHC Digital designs and builds systems for organisations that need something of their own, and what we build there belongs to them: their product, their name, their code, their roadmap. None of it becomes a Glow Forge Labs product, and none of our products started life as somebody else’s project.

There are two reasons the products carry a different name.

• It keeps PHC Digital clear. PHC Digital is a service company working on software its customers own, in whatever technologies they prefer. Selling our own subscriptions under the same name would only blur that.
• It keeps the range controlled. Every Glow Forge Labs product is ours: the same technologies, the same standards, built and deployed the same way throughout. That is what lets an accreditation like ISO 27001 be scoped across products we own and control, which the security and compliance page sets out in full.

The same engineers, the same hosting and the same security practices sit behind both. That is how one company stands behind four products at once, and it is why the answer to “could you just build us something?” is sometimes yes, as a PHC Digital project rather than a subscription.

How the four arrived

Agent-Glow came first, built through the end of 2025 and into 2026. Digi-Mark and Esti-Mate followed quickly in early 2026.

Glow-CM took a longer road. It was initially built in mid-2025 as a best-in-class online booking and rostering system, and as we worked with it, CRM and case management followed as the natural next step. It is for organisations that deal with individuals directly. The first interest has come from the health and safety sector, though it has plenty of uses across professional services, charities and similar services. Glow-CM is now opening to its first intake.

Four products, one job each

Agent-Glow answers on email, Teams, WhatsApp and the web from your own knowledge base. Glow-CM is a hybrid CRM, case management and booking system, configured around the way your organisation actually works, for vets, solicitors and charities alike. Digi-Mark measures marketing and explains it. Esti-Mate turns a website audit into a proposal a client can explore and accept.

Each is a standalone product with its own sign-up, plans, workspace and infrastructure; they do not share systems behind the scenes. Use one, or several; they are built the same way and feel the same to run.

The name

Glow is the spark: noticing the problem worth solving. Forge is the graft: building something solid enough to run every day. Labs is the promise to keep experimenting.

How we build

• Your own workspace from day one. Every product gives you an isolated workspace on your own subdomain, with your logo and colours, and a custom domain where you need one. Your data stays yours.
• AI as a governed assistant. AI drafts, summarises and flags. A person confirms before anything is sent or recorded, and what the model provider retains is a configuration choice rather than a default.
• Built and run in the UK. Designed, built and hosted in the UK by the same team that supports you, with encrypted credentials, audit trails and no third-party resellers between us.

How we sell

• Monthly. Start on a monthly plan, add or remove seats as your team changes, and cancel from your workspace whenever you need to.
• Annual. Pay once for the year and get a single invoice for your accounts, with the same features and support as monthly.
• Custom. For larger organisations, several workspaces, or particular security and compliance needs. Tell us what you need and we will quote.
• Managed service. For a set management fee we set up, configure and support the product for you, on any plan.

Prices are set per product, exclude VAT, and are sent on request. Every plan comes with support from the team that builds the product, and the managed service adds set-up, configuration and training on top.

Everything included

Hosting, backups, security updates, new AI features and the technical work of integrations and imports are all part of the subscription. That is what makes the products a straightforward replacement for in-house or bespoke systems: you get the innovation and the engineering without employing a team to keep it running.

And if none of the four fits what you do, say so. PHC Digital builds bespoke systems as well, and we would rather point you at that than sell you a subscription that does not do the job.
